You went through the un/academy business reinvention program and worked to create a renewed vision for your small business. Some time has passed, and now you're ready to revisit the program, challenge your status quo, and reignite the love of your work.

Our new reinvention reboot program has been custom-designed with you in mind! It brings together up to 10 reinvention alumni businesses for a collaborative, in-person (mandatory), all-day session designed around our experience working with you so far! It's a great way to reconnect with our community and continue your reinvention process without committing to another 10-week process.

This full-day session will challenge you to:

  • review your original reinvention ideas and dreams to determine what's working and what isn't

  • dig into your current business landscape

  • reassess your best customers & their current experience with your brand

  • get out of the weeds of your day-to-day activities to think differently

  • develop a brave, focused business strategy to move you forward

We'll help you walk away with new connections, fresh ideas, an action plan, and a reignited love of your work.

This is for reinvention alumni businesses only and is a full-day, in-person commitment:
